Welcome
to the
Barnyard.

Turns out when you use AI
to build something good, things get interesting fast.

Brave work. Quiet work.
Messy work. Necessary work.

Every app in the Barnyard
gives back to animals.

Who We Are

Here's our working theory: AI animals make better coaches than AI humans. No hollow affirmations. No robotic neutrality. No corporate veneer. We've spent the past several months building a practice around what we call non-human persona craft — designing AI characters so specific, so grounded, they stop feeling like tools and start feeling like someone.

Jeannie creates them. John strategizes, runs interference, and pretends not to be impressed. Once the characters show up, we mostly get out of the way.

Welcome to the Messy Barnyard.
